It all starts with mindset.

Your body is a manifestation of what is in your mind and in order to change your life you’ve to go understand how and why your brain is functioning the way it is.

Changing habits, leveling up, loving yourself, and mastering the body is all about utilizing all the brain power you were born with.

In two weeks you’ll discover the very reason your mind is continuing to hold you back. We’ll take your body through a physical process that changes your brain’s ability to message differently.

In this course, you’ll learn how to: get to the bottom of current habits and why your body finds satisfaction but your brain continues to want more. We’ll talk about how to take an objective look at your actions and pinpoint what is necessary for you to start changing your thoughts and getting your body to follow through.

Meet your instructor

Marci is your Life and Fitness Coach in the Mental Strength Challenge. Marci is an expert at diving deep down into why we believe certain things about our health and turning that info into action.

Marci is a mother of 4 daughters and has learned the secret to staying patience, staying sane, and staying young.

Health is all about a state of mind with physical actions that keep it sacred. Marci runs her whole life and business with this mantra “True happiness comes only when our spirits learn to control our bodies; training them to be governed by the laws of God.”
