Why I Created This Course

Mental Intensity was created for the sheer purpose of developing a strong commitment to your goals.

Not only will you crush your personal goals you’ll be assigned a few daily tasks that improve your mindset drastically.

If we already did the all the things we knew we should at a high level the word intensity would be meaningless.

Here, we bring the meaning of intensity.

Meet your instructor

Marci is your Life and Fitness Coach for Mental Intensity.

Marci is an expert at turning necessary practices into FUN and sustainable actions.

Marci is a mother of 4 daughters and has learned the secret to doing things she doesn’t want to do, doing them with easy, and creating large amounts of success from having an intense and realistic approach to mindset.

Having mental intensity means having a clear vision about your life and how to tackle anything that comes your way.

Marci runs her whole life and business with this mantra “True happiness comes only when our spirits learn to control our bodies; training them to be governed by the laws of God.” Sometimes that training has to be intense but it doesn’t have to be difficult.

Individual Growth
Personal Accountability for up to 3 more goals
Bi weekly coaching calls for education and check ins
Personal coaching calls on the opposite weeks
