About the Program

Lift it Up is your custom program for resistance training and includes equipment into your personal routine.

Society teaches us that certain things make us bad and we must do what we are told or else we aren’t good enough.

Never again will you have to stare at the gym or your dusty equipment wondering how to use it and become consistent.

This program will be an outline for a 12 week program and includes 3 progress check ins.

What does this course cover?

In this course, you’ll learn how to:

Find success in a personal workout program.

Exert yourself appropriately, use the equipment effectively, and how to stay consistent with a program that is perfect for you.

The most important aspect is having so much fun that you can’t wait to do it again!

You’ll get a downloadable tracker to plug your custom workouts into and opportunities to revisit your plan with Marci.

Who is this course for?

This course is perfect for the person who isn’t using their gym membership or all their beautiful home gym space.

The reason it’s not being used is because it’s not been organized into a custom plan set up personally for success.

This program is for the person who intends to use that equipment and see some results!

How is this course structured?

You will complete a client questionnaire with your goals, your time commitment, and a list of all the equipment you’d like included in your program.

You’ll receive a written program in your private dashboard within 3 days.

Your first call would be to go over your program and then you’d have 3 more check ins to discuss leveling up from month to month.

How can you sign up?

Simply click the "Register Now" button below. You'll be able to signup and then you’ll be directed to the client intake form.

After that is complete your program will be ready within 3 days.

All further communication will be via your private dashboard.

Meet your instructor

Marci has been a personal trainer since 2015 and loves tailoring programs exactly to your needs!

The fact is that if you like it you’ll want to do it again and if you have to force yourself too many times you’re just not going to stick with it.

Marci is a mom to 4 young daughters and knows the power of negotiating when it comes to setting a goal and getting a desired outcome.

Let her show you exactly what to do and hold you accountable to using that gym equipment you purchase with the intention of seeing some massive results.

Marci will be your biggest cheerleader and ensures you never feel like a failure in your journey to become consistent with exercise.
