Why I Created This Program


This program was initially created to help lose weight by becoming more aware of what is in your food.

Without putting you on a diet you’ll naturally begin to change the way you eat when you see what’s in your food and compare that to complete dietary recommendations.

In the Healthy Eating Challenge you’ll learn exactly how to improve your eating habits without going on a diet.

It’s a fun way to start making changes while seeing improvements on your waist line too.

Nutrition Education that teaches you how to shift your eating habits without going on a diet.

In this course, you’ll learn how to:

During the Healthy Eating Challenge you’ll learn how to read food labels to recognize nutritional and harmful ingredients and find joy in eating good foods that help you reach your goals.

You’ll learn how sugar impacts your body, how to target belly fat, reduce bloating, and how to increase your vegetable intake.

This course is perfect for you if you want to drop a few pounds, want to avoid dieting, and improve the look and function of your body. This is perfect for the person who is tired of eating junk but isn’t exactly sure how to start eating healthy in an easy way.

How is this course structured?

The is a 4 week program that is split up into 4 weekly focuses. We move forward in a sustainable way adding one topic per week.

Each day you’ll track your progress in your private dashboard and complete the bonus challenges on Wednesdays if you’d like more opportunities for growth.

Marci is your Life and Fitness Coach for the Health Eating Challenge.

With an extensive background in teaching about different eating styles you can trust Marci to help you make this transition fun and sustainable.

Marci is a mom to 4 girls, a fitness instructor, and personal trainer.

Not only can she help you eat according to your goals she’ll make sure that it’s never extreme or complicated.

Food consumption cannot be avoided and that is exactly why Marci’s teaches you how to enjoy it.

You should never be stressed or obsessed about your food and Marci is well versed in helping you take it to the next level with easy and enjoyment
