This individual course is set up as a rolling 12 weeks which means you get in and we’ll talk about different aspects that support you in your workouts.
You get access to all of the group coaching in addition to more customized workouts and personal coaching calls.
We’ll teach you how to adjust your workouts to fit your needs and help you accomplish them at a level and pace that is fun and sustainable.
