I loved Marci’s education class. For a quick second I was thinking, “I don’t need to go, I already know what I need to work on” but then realized am I even doing those things right now? Marci Barker’s class was great! I love working out and eat healthy normally, but I have been so confused by all of the fad diets and books out there. No carb, low carb, paleo, vegan, Atkins, etc. I hop from one thing to the next, lose weight, then gain it right back when I stop my 21 day this or 3 month that.
